Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our ambitious business development team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with some of the world's leading networking solutions and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our embedded boards product portfolio.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Product Owner to develop comprehensive knowledge of networking devices, take part in decision making regarding the future direction of our products and develop their professional skills.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and feedback from our sales teams and partners to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive the growth and commercial success of embedded boards product group.
• Manage the product group portfolio by choosing the direction for new product development.
• Initiate new product development projects, collaborate with R&D teams to define product requirements, and build compelling business cases to support investment decisions.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide actionable feedback to development team to enhance current products.
• Track both sales metrics of existing products and development progress of the new ones.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to come up with the best strategies to present our products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and portfolio growth.

What we expect of you:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, processes, and priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented approach with an interest in understanding market and user needs.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational units.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset.
• Technical education or experience in the technical field.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role involved in technical product development would be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of industrial networking, telecommunications, electronics, or related technologies would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 19 Eur/h up to 29 Eur/h (~3170 Eur—4840 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
