Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner who enjoys working closely with customers and engineering teams. In this role, you will translate real user needs into clear requirements, support the implementation of features, and ensure that our SaaS product delivers a smooth and intuitive experience. If you like staying close to the customer, solving practical problems and enabling fast, high-quality product delivery, this position is a great fit.

Tasks

• Take operational responsibility for a defined area of our SaaS product and drive its continuous improvement.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are clear, detailed and development-ready.
• Collaborate closely with our Head of Product, engineering and design team — clarifying questions, unblocking issues and ensuring efficient implementation.
• Interact directly with customers through discovery calls, feedback sessions, product demos and support transitions.
• Gather and structure customer feedback, identify patterns and translate them into actionable enhancements.
• Conduct acceptance testing, validate delivered features and ensure high usability and product quality.
• Support feature rollouts and help ensure successful customer adoption.
• Work with Customer Success, Support and Sales to align priorities and solve customer needs quickly.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent German — many customer conversations and materials require strong German skills.
• A hands-on mindset and the desire to work closely with users and engineering teams.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and working in agile environments.
• Confidence in speaking with customers, gathering feedback and understanding their everyday challenges.
• Strong structuring and communication skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
