About the Role

As a Product Owner at Infront, you will play a central role in ensuring that product priorities are translated into high-quality, customer-focused deliveries for AssetMax, our wealth and portfolio management solution. Working closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, development teams, and key internal stakeholders (including sales and consultants), you will drive the day-to-day execution of the roadmap in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You will bring a hands-on, proactive mindset and strong industry understanding to make sound prioritization decisions, communicate trade-offs, and connect daily development work to the broader product vision.

This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership, influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders, and contribute to building a leading solution in the wealth and asset management space.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the operational delivery cycle from planning to release, ensuring what's defined at product management level is implemented effectively.
• Support PI planning by shaping quarterly scope with the product lead, writing clear epics, and breaking down work into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Run backlog refinement with developers, clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure the team has what they need to execute with confidence.
• Manage day-to-day prioritization and incoming change requests, maintaining a constant overview of competing demands and reprioritizing when needed.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders (including sales and consulting), capturing needs, translating them into well-defined work items, and ensuring end-to-end follow-through.
• Help connect delivery to the bigger picture by communicating progress and outcomes in a way that reinforces the product vision and the "why" behind the work, including supporting deep-dive demos when needed.

Who you are

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to align diverse internal stakeholders across regions; German is a strong plus.
• Hands-on and delivery-focused, comfortable writing epics and user stories, running refinements, and supporting PI planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid domain understanding of wealth tech / asset management. (ideally gained through experience with a portfolio management system (PMS), asset manager, family office, or a similar environment.)
• Strong prioritization and analytical skills, with the ability to assess impact, manage risk, and make informed trade-offs.
• Proactive, resilient, and highly autonomous taking end-to-end ownership, from initial request through analysis, clarification, delivery, and follow-up.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align product, tech leads, developers, sales, and consultants and clearly explain the "why" behind deliveries-not just the "what."
• Comfortable supporting demos or deep dives when needed (typically on request for larger opportunities), while keeping focus on product delivery and operational execution.
