ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a Product Owner based in Lithuania to drive the development and growth of a new AI-powered product. This is not a highly technical Product Owner role - we're looking for a proactive, business-oriented professional who can take ownership of the product vision, identify market opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and help bring innovative AI solutions to market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Take digital products from idea to launch, owning the full product lifecycle.
• Build and execute go-to-market and launch strategies, including marketing and product growth.
• Gather and analyze customer needs, business requirements, and market trends.
• Work closely with development teams to shape solutions on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Explore and apply AI features (AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or generative AI tools) to create new product value.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Run user training sessions and workshops.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Proven go-to-market and product launch experience, with at least a couple of products successfully launched in Lithuania.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of product initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working effectively with developers. A technical background is not required.
• Interest in AI technologies and digital products.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 4000 - 5500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
