Product Owner Time Management Zone ZOA
We are looking for someone with hands on experience of implementing the UKG Pro Time Management solution with expert knowledge of what the solution can deliver as well as some exposure to SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Off and SAP Time Management Solution. The candidate should have effective communication skills, both with dealing with team members in the Markets as well as IT Product Team Members globally. This requires a level of being able to adjust their communication style from being very technical to being able to translate technical attributes to business needs. The candidate will need to have 7+ years of implementing and working hands on with UKG Pro as well as some experience on either or both SF Time Tracking/Time Off and SAP Time in order to join our ITHR Regional Team based in Bangalore.

The role:
The product owner is responsible for managing and prioritizing the backlog, incidents and requests for UKG Pro, SAP Time management, SF Time Tracking and local Time Tracking and Time Off solutions. The role also is responsible for revising all local time management applications to identify the ones having potential to become global or decommissioned & replaced by the global. This role is based in Bangalore and has fantastic career development opportunities within Bangalore or as part of a global IT Organisation with career advancement possible in the Time Management solution areas or partner areas across Payroll and HR Core.
