Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Product Owner to help shape and deliver products that meet customer needs and stand out in a competitive market. In this role, you will evaluate current and future product lines by analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and product specifications, while assessing new product ideas and enhancements. You will play a key role in bringing new products to market by defining product requirements, supporting development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing timelines in partnership with development and service delivery teams. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing to launch and promote new offerings through integrated plans spanning sales, advertising, and production. In addition, you will help determine product pricing and ensure operational requirements are successfully completed to support product readiness and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Provide support to clients on product features and respond to technical inquiries
Resolve customer issues related to installation, operation, maintenance, product application, and compatibility
Troubleshoot problems, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
Apply workflow and process management knowledge to improve product usage and client outcomes
Support product adoption by helping define features and sharing customer feedback with the product team
Collaborate across departments to communicate client needs and represent the voice of the customer
Assess new technologies, innovations, and approaches that may accelerate the product roadmap
Contribute to product technology, architecture, design, and implementation of consistent methodologies, as needed
Complete routine assignments using established procedures and practices
Meet deadlines and objectives while working under guidance from more experienced team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience
Entry-level professional experience or demonstrated exposure to product support, technical support, client service, or a related field
Understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exchange straightforward information and confirm understanding
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop technical competence through structured assignments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting clients in a product, technical support, or operations environment
Familiarity with workflow and process management concepts
Exposure to product lifecycle, implementation, or client-facing technology solutions
Interest in product development, innovation, and client experience improvement
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
