Our client, a leading organization in the insurance and financial sector, is seeking a Product Owner to join their growing cross-functional Product team and help shape the future of how services are delivered to customers and internal users.
As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with other POs, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve a suite of financial and insurance-related systems.
Working under the direction of a Lead Product Owner, you will drive delivery through structured planning, clear communication, and iterative development.
You will:
Own and manage product backlogs across one or more systems, ensuring they reflect real business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with developers, testers, and analysts to ensure smooth delivery and clear understanding of requirements.
Gain in-depth knowledge of business operations in areas such as CRM and insurance management.
Champion product improvements that simplify processes and create measurable value.
Must-Haves:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile role.
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments and leading ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
Experience with CRM, financial systems, or financial services.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills youre able to listen, align, and persuade.
Working knowledge of JIRA, APIs, Salesforce, and digital delivery frameworks.
A focus on simplification, delivery, and user value.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in insurance or other regulated environments.
Familiarity with compliance-driven product decisions.
Salesforce certification.
Exposure to emerging AI technologies and their applications in customer experience, data, or workflow automation.
