Job Description

Coloplast develops products and services that make life easier for people with very personal and private medical conditions.
In Szczecin, we are a Business Centre responsible for global financial operations, order administration, HR and IT support, marketing & data analysis activities, and many others. If you have the right profile and the right amount of curiosity and ambition, you can be a part of this exciting challenge. Curiosity works here!

About the department

The position is in the Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, within the Global HR Support Department. We support the global People & Culture (P&C) Community across HR systems, processes, projects, administration, and reporting. Daily, we collaborate with colleagues around the world, using our HR & systems expertise to support a truly global organization.

The job

We are looking for a Product Owner for HR Systems - a senior-level role responsible for translating the P&C Technology Strategy into actionable initiatives and ensuring the effective lifecycle management of our P&C systems. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital landscape of People & Culture at Coloplast.

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with Process Owners, HRIT Specialists, DD&IT and the Business & Data Owner to ensure our systems deliver measurable value. You will drive continuous improvement, co-own the product backlog, license control lead change management initiatives, and secure business alignment and adoption - without performing system configuration yourself.

This is a unique opportunity to influence how HR technology supports the employee journey globally.

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Process Owners, HRIT Specialists and key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the P&C Technology Roadmap (Core HR Applications: Employee Central, Compensation, Time Off/Tracking, Reporting)
  • Prioritize and co-manage the product backlog from the Business Perspective, overseeing the full lifecycle of P&C systems from discovery to post‑implementation review
  • Act as the main point of contact for system-related discussions, feedback, and strategic prioritization
  • Apply strong understanding of P&C technology architecture and support HRIT in translating business needs into feasible system solutions (also support the process of sending Development Requests on behalf of the People & Culture stakeholders)
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and GDPR in all system initiatives
  • Drive change management, coordinate user training, and support adoption of new system features
  • Lead continuous improvement by leveraging SAP updates, monitoring system performance, and proposing enhancements aligned with business needs
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, defining scope, assessing risks, and ensuring delivery through governance - not hands‑on configuration

Qualifications

  • Very good English skills (min. C1)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, IT, Project Management or similar (an advantage)
  • Min. 3+ years of experience in HR technology, product ownership, HR systems, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR systems architecture (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Compensation)
  • Experience working closely with HRIT, system vendors or technology teams
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy and security principles
  • Proficient use of the MS Office package
  • Ability to transfer knowledge, engage stakeholders and ensure effective learning
  • Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
  • Experience in product ownership, system lifecycle management or change management is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives, align discussions around shared priorities, and ensure solution decisions are guided by data, strategic objectives, and established best practices.

We offer

  • Employment contract with 3-month-long probationary period
  • Remote or hybrid work from our office in Szczecin
  • Flexible working hours, Mon-Fri
  • International work environment with Scandinavian culture
  • Opportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work
  • Fantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnership
  • Internal trainings available in CPBC Academy
  • Great company events
  • Sports card
  • Private medical care
  • Restaurant card
  • Holiday bonus and occasional cards

That's not all! We have even more for you, if working onsite:

  • Modern workplace
  • No dress code zone
  • Delicious coffee and fresh fruits
  • Transportation co-funding
