Product Owner is responsible for guiding the development of our technology product suite as well as support the CorroHealth enterprise through its ongoing Transformation Initiatives. The Product Owner works with architects and development teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met with each product release. The Product Owner is responsible for translating the product vision into actionable tasks and is responsible for the usability, quality, and delivery of these products and features. The Product Owner can effectively coordinate with both engineering and business team stakeholders and is ultimately responsible for representing the needs of the end-user.

Product Owner will collaborate with Global teams, flexibility in schedule will be necessary as needed.

Est. Travel Requirement: International travel semi-annually, Domestic Travel quarterly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Product Owner, Hospital/Provider Revenue Cycle

  • Collaborate with product architect, business stakeholders, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
  • Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features, so the development teams clearly understand them
  • Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
  • Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
  • Oversee development sprint planning cycles and delivery of product releases with the development team
  • Product backlog grooming
  • Project scheduling and project management
  • Write and/or confirm the integrity of acceptance tests
  • Obtain buy-in from stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB) Team Member

  • Collaborate with Information Technology and Application Development teams within CorroHealth regarding the ongoing roll-out of Agile throughout the enterprise, and provide feedback on proposed initiatives
  • Provide counsel to the corporate Enterprise CAB regarding product ordering and grooming
  • Assist other business stakeholders in standing up a groomed product backlog and share the methodology thereof
  • Attend meetings and conference calls related to organizational Agile transformation and provide feedback, guidance, and support where requested by Enterprise CAB management

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business/Data Analyst in a high-volume business environment
  • 3 + years Agile business process and workflow experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing hospital/physician’s revenue cycle
  • Experience with AI integration into Revenue Cycle Management software solutions
  • Experience with UI Path and Robotic Process Automation
  • Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating leadership skills required
  • Experience working in a professional office environment; working with all levels of management required
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, as established by the client and senior management, and manage and prioritize tasks for others and self
  • Expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Decision Engine Functionality

  • Ability to manage time, develop and set company accomplished goals
  • Must be comfortable in the presence of senior management and executives
  • Must be comfortable in the presence of clients
  • Must be a fast learner and technically inclined
  • Regular attendance during regularly scheduled business hours

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
