Assignment – Product Owner / Business Analyst (Mobile Law Enforcement Applications)
Mission
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to strengthen the existing team (currently composed of Product Owners and an Incident/Technical Coordinator). The role combines product ownership, business analysis, and change management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership
End-to-end functional and business ownership of assigned applications
Single point of contact for users and stakeholders
Collect, analyse and translate business needs into clear requirements
Align with external product/vendor Product Owner
Provide regular reporting to program management
Business Analysis
Support definition and analysis of new modules and features
Model AS-IS / TO-BE processes (BPMN)
Conduct impact analyses (legal, security, technical)
Coordinate with internal and external development teams
Act as bridge between business, IT, and security stakeholders
Change Management & Support
Support end users in adoption of tools and new features
Deliver trainings and information sessions
Maintain documentation and communication materials
Handle second-line support and user communication
