Your Responsibilities

  • Drive digitalization by turning ideas into actionable solutions for one or more digital applications
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize the value the team delivers, and ensure requirements are always clear, prioritized, and ready for implementation
  • Turn business requirements and product strategy into clear Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, QA, UX/UI, and Architecture teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across a cross-functional team
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Support release planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivery tracking
  • Leverage data-driven insights and gather user feedback to continuously improve product value and user experience
  • Support compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and data privacy standards

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Agile Delivery, Requirements Engineering, or a comparable role
  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban are second nature to you; SAFe or LeSS experience is a plus
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog and project management tools
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams, driven by a strong ownership mindset
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English language skills; German is an Advantage
