The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of IT Strategy & Transformation, this senior Product Owner role is accountable for maximising the value, adoption and sustainability of customer‑facing systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. You will own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end across strategy, delivery and BAU by working closely with business and IT stakeholders—driving measurable business outcomes while shaping a future‑focused, customer‑centric technology landscape.

What you will do

In this role, you will own Salesforce end-to-end, with clear accountability across both strategy and operations. You’ll shape how customer technology drives business growth—ensuring initiatives are aligned to value and delivered in a controlled, scalable way.

Partnering closely with business stakeholders, you’ll drive alignment, cut through complexity, and embed innovation across the platform.

  • Act as the single, accountable Product Owner for Salesforce and customer systems across build and run, with clear decision authority on priorities and trade‑offs
  • Own and execute an end‑to‑end roadmap aligned to long‑term strategic value drivers, shaping how customer technology supports business growth
  • Translate customer, sales and service needs into product outcomes, epics and a prioritised, value‑led backlog
  • Drive value realisation through adoption, ROI tracking, and continuous optimisation of platform performance
  • Lead senior stakeholder engagement across Customer, Commercial, IT and delivery partners, influencing enterprise‑wide outcomes
  • Contribute to governance, investment cases, and embedding innovation and future capability into customer systems

You bring strong operational expertise and hands-on product leadership experience in complex environments. You’re confident in influencing stakeholders and making decisions that balance frontline realities with long-term outcomes. Motivated by clear ownership, you’re driven to deliver measurable business value at scale.

  • Proven experience owning and evolving enterprise CRM platforms, with deep Salesforce expertise across Service, Marketing and CPQ/Revenue Cloud
  • Strong product leadership with the ability to translate strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable business outcomes
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated experience prioritising competing demand using value‑led frameworks (e.g. WSJF, DVF)
  • Experience operating in complex environments, managing vendors while retaining ownership and accountability for outcomes
  • Deep understanding of customer, sales, service and pricing processes, with a focus on delivering simple, scalable solutions
  • Strategic, future focused mindset, always seeking to understand and influence future enhancements and capabilities with vendors and internally with the team
  • Passion for driving transformation, reducing complexity and cost, and embedding innovation including AI and agentic capability into customer platforms/processes
