About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager to help shape and scale next-generation cloud-native and AI-enabled platform initiatives.

This role requires a strong blend of:

• product thinking,
• real-world technology understanding,
• stakeholder management,
• execution excellence,
• and go-to-market orientation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across global teams, engaging with engineering and business stakeholders, and helping translate market and customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.

This is a high-visibility role with strong exposure to product strategy, engineering execution, customer engagement, and platform growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to define platform vision and roadmap
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and regional teams
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive delivery and execution alignment
• Drive product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and adoption
• Help define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and customer onboarding approaches
• Support market expansion initiatives and identify growth opportunities
• Participate in customer discussions, product demos, and strategic solution conversations
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Enable cross-functional collaboration across globally distributed teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of real-world IT industry experience with strong exposure to software platforms or enterprise systems
• MBA or Product Management specialization from premier institutions such as ISB or equivalent must
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed product and engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in fast-moving environments

Preferred Exposure

• Product management in SaaS or enterprise platform environments
• Exposure to AI/GenAI/Agentic AI concepts and modern digital platforms
• Experience supporting platform launches, customer onboarding, or market expansion initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and modern engineering practices
• Exposure to enterprise workflows, integrations, or automation platforms is a plus
• Startup or high-growth product culture experience preferred
