Requirements

• 
  2-4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• 
  Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B enterprise software, preferably within a technology start-up or software product company.
• 
  Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.

• 
  Familiar of HRM processes (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance management, and organizational culture).
• 
  Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• 
  Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and feature priorities.
• 
  Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, and Confluence.
• 
  Ability to use product data and metrics, including NPS and DAU/MAU, to support decision-making.

• 
  Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, build alignment, and manage conflicts effectively.

• 
  Proactive, customer-focused, responsible, and committed to continuous learning.
• 
  Able to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt quickly to product and market changes.
• 
  Good English reading skills; English communication ability is preferred.
