This role sits within the COO Platform & Integration BOS Wealth (SG) which drives strategic platform capabilities, transformation initiatives, data enablement, advisory and execution, operational efficiency, and business management across the wealth management ecosystem.

  • Drive the bank-wide Advisory transformation roadmap and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of Aladdin Wealth capabilities across portfolio management, advisory, analytics, risk measurement, proposal generation and workflow automation.
  • Translate business strategy, client needs, regulatory requirements and stakeholder priorities into a prioritised product backlog, ensuring alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.
  • Lead Agile delivery squads and manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, release management, implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Front Office, CIO, DPM, Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance and external vendors, including BlackRock Aladdin, to deliver scalable and integrated platform solutions.
  • Drive the enhancement and digitalisation of advisory, portfolio management and analytics capabilities, leveraging AI-powered insights and automation to improve client outcomes, investment governance and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison across business and technology stakeholders, ensuring effective governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment and transparent communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead user engagement, change management, training and adoption initiatives, incorporating user feedback and performance metrics to maximise platform utilisation, business value and return on investment.
  • Define and maintain business requirements, Target Operating Models, process flows, operating procedures and user documentation to support platform implementation, operational readiness and sustainable growth.

Key Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in product ownership, platform delivery, change management, or transformation within wealth management, private banking, asset management, or advisory businesses.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, adoption, and benefits realisation.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management, advisory workflows, discretionary portfolio mandates, investment products, and risk management concepts.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, Agile delivery, backlog prioritisation, user stories, UAT, release management, and user adoption.
  • Ability to define business requirements, Target Operating Models (TOMs), process flows, and user journeys for strategic platform capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across Front Office, CIO, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.
  • Experience with BlackRock Aladdin Wealth or Aladdin platform implementations is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA or equivalent investment-related certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong product and domain knowledge across private banking and wealth management products, including structured products, derivatives, advisory, discretionary portfolio management, and portfolio analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in guiding multidisciplinary teams comprising Business Analysts, Technology Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, and SQL is beneficial.
