Product Owner & Agility Lead
Job Purpose Represent commercial interests in the development of products or projects within a technological framework, being aware of the technical viability within the current framework of the product. Performing clear and effective communication between stakeholders and the development team to achieve incremental deliverables that generate value during the defined phases of the project.
Lead product development in a manner that meets customer or business needs and expectations, while maximizing the value delivered in each phase of the project critically for successful implementation and creation of sustainable products over time.
Responsibilities
Owner of the backlog of new functionalities and changes to the project, from its conception and design to its publication in a productive and valuable environment.
Define and Prioritize the Product Backlog
Project stakeholder management.
Definition and prioritization of the product backlog from an Epic level to granular tasks with assignment to the development team.
Make Decisions on Priorities
Product design with characteristics based on feedback from stakeholders and/or commercial representatives who demand it.
Participate in Sprint Planning
Definition of planning meetings, definition and monitoring of each requirement.
Collaboration with the development team, clearing up doubts regarding each definition given for the products during their development.
Evaluation of the product generating retrospectives and decision points for changes before the publication of the product.

Key Interfaces
Definition and prioritization of the assigned Product Backlog.
Documentation and development of user history.
Defined product deliverable acceptance criteria.
Generation of sprint planning.
Generation of product demos.
Feedback to the stakeholders involved.
Reports and Communication to all project stakeholders.
Continuous updating of the strategic roadmap and low level of the product
Experience
BS in Computer Science or Engineering (MS preferred);
2 years’ experience in taking requirements, for the elaboration of user stories according to agile frameworks.
3 years’ experience in an iterative/agile software development lifecycle;
2 years’ experience in DevOps and Scrum methodologies;
Knowledge in APIs and Webservices development
Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals,
Knowledge with CMS like Drupal and Wordpress.
Knowledge about APIs and Webservices principles and design standards.
Knowledge with Node.js, PHP, Java.
Knowledge with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Couchbase.
Knowledge in Web based solutions;
Knowledge in Mobile based solutions
Operating systems experience
