Join the Distribution Marketing portfolio as the Product Owner for Campaign Management and own the platform behind how we find, win, and keep customers. The campaigns for this product powers drive roughly hundreds of millions in annual value, and the underlying technology also supports the lead routing and channel alignment capabilities that shape customer interactions across Marketing, Sales, and Service. You will work across Technology, Marketing, and enterprise data partners on a product where both the day-to-day delivery and the long-term direction are yours to shape.
As a member of the Agile team, you will represent the voice of the customer — translating what Marketing needs into a prioritized backlog, partnering closely with engineering to deliver it, and keeping a wide set of stakeholders aligned along the way. That includes carrying a multi-year platform modernization effort across the finish line and owning our household channel alignment capability, which enables our business to apply the right rules of engagement during quoting, sales, and service interactions.
You will also lead the continued modernization of our marketing execution ecosystem to quickly and precisely reach customers. You will help shape that future state — the capabilities we need, the tooling that gets us there, and how we sequence a multi-year path toward a single platform supporting campaign execution across every distribution channel and line of business.
Taken together, this role puts you at the center of decisions that will define how Liberty markets for the next decade, with visibility to senior leadership across the organization.
