The Local Product Manager (with local assets) is a hands-on product role responsible for owning and evolving one or more country-specific digital products. Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user-focused, high-performing digital experiences.
Reporting to the Local Lead Product Manager or Country Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment. It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership & Backlog Management
Owns and maintains the local product backlog and roadmap, based on business priorities, user feedback, and stakeholder alignment.
Defines clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities to ensure smooth delivery by the squad.
Acts as the key interface between product, business, and tech—balancing expectations, dependencies, and delivery constraints.

2. Squad Collaboration & Feature Delivery
Works daily with a cross-functional squad including engineers, designers, and QA to deliver incremental product value.
Clarifies scope, supports sprint planning and execution, and ensures blockers are addressed swiftly.
Provides continuous input on functionality, edge cases, and testability.

3. Local-Global Alignment & Contextualization
Aligns local product delivery with Pluxee’s global product strategy while tailoring features to meet country-specific needs, regulations, and user expectations.
Ensures consistent feedback loops with global teams on local product evolution and lessons learned.

4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Tracks product KPIs including adoption, usage, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with data analysts, customer service, and business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and iterate accordingly.
Ensures timely delivery and optimization of local assets.

YOU ARE A MATCH IF...

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, IT, UX, or a related field.

Work Experience:
3–4 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles (business analysis, digital project delivery, UX).
Demonstrated experience delivering digital products in agile environments with cross-functional squads.

Skills & Certifications:
Proficient in Agile & SAFe tools for product management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
PM/PO certification is a plus (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Delivery-focused with high attention to detail and structured thinking.

Languages:
For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.
For local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required.
For local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required. English is considered an advantage as it supports communication, learning, and collaboration in a multinational context.

Hybrid working patterns depending on the host country policies. Collaboration across different countries, functions, and time zones. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
