The Enterprise Product Owner is responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Bond's enterprise application portfolio and related business processes.
This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that enterprise systems deliver measurable business value, support operational objectives, and provide an exceptional user experience.
The Enterprise Product Owner will work closely with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, Project Management, Operations, People & Values, and Technology teams to define priorities, manage system roadmaps, oversee backlog execution, and drive adoption of enterprise capabilities.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership- Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise applications leveraged by internal employees to enable them to deliver the Bond Project Experience.
- Establish and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Translate business strategy into system capabilities and platform enhancements.
- Prioritize investments based on business value, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and user experience.
- Maintain platform governance processes for intake, prioritization, approvals, and delivery.
- Serve as the primary business owner for CRM and related enterprise capabilities.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Define acceptance criteria and business success measurements.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by technical teams and implementation partners.
- Manage competing stakeholder priorities and facilitate decision-making.
Product Backlog Management- Own and maintain the enterprise systems backlog.
- Prioritize work based on business value and strategic alignment.
- Review enhancement requests and business cases.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
- Ensure delivered functionality aligns with approved requirements.
Stakeholder Management- Develop trusted relationships across the organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding CRM and assigned enterprise systems.
- Present roadmaps, priorities, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities and solution decisions.
Enterprise Systems Governance- Establish and maintain governance standards for enterprise applications.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Participate in software and vendor evaluations.
- Support business case development for new technologies and investments.
- Assist in enterprise application portfolio planning and rationalization.
- Ensure systems remain compliant with organizational policies and controls.
Data & Reporting- Champion data quality and data stewardship practices.
- Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and success measures.
- Ensure reporting capabilities support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility through dashboards, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Change Management & Adoption- Develop adoption strategies for new capabilities.
- Coordinate communication, training, and enablement activities.
- Identify change impacts and remediation requirements.
- Establish feedback loops with users to drive continuous improvement.
- Measure adoption and user satisfaction.
Vendor & Partner Management- Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
- Participate in contract reviews and platform evaluations.
- Monitor vendor performance and roadmap alignment.
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolution activities.
- Identify opportunities to maximize platform investments.
Requirements
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Product Owner, Agile, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications considered an asset.
Experience- 5–10 years of experience working with enterprise business applications.
- 3+ years of product ownership, product management, business systems, or business analysis experience.
- Experience leading CRM/ERP initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing competing priorities and complex initiatives.

Benefits
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $95,281.80 to $109,000 CAD annually.
