Who We are Looking For

We're growing our product team and looking for a seasoned Product Owner to help shape the next generation of our platform. This is a role where your input genuinely matters - you'll be part of a product family that values fresh thinking and gives you real ownership over the solutions you help build.

You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders and engineering teams alike to turn ideas into features that players love. A big part of this role is owning our CRM platform - keeping it intuitive, forward-thinking, and in step with where the industry is heading - all with the goal of creating a genuinely great player experience.

What You Will Do

• Own the delivery of products across mobile, tablet, desktop, and beyond

• Turn ambiguous ideas into clear, well-documented specifications for new features and products

• Shape upcoming work - features, updates, visual changes - into structured, actionable tasks

• Break down large initiatives into smaller pieces of work, each with a clear priority

• Convert specs into user stories the development team can build from

• Partner with Designers, QA, and Developers to set and communicate a shared product vision

• Keep development moving by resolving blockers and prioritizing what matters most

• Act as a bridge to Marketing, Business Development, and Billing Management, helping them hit their revenue and customer-satisfaction targets

• Validate new features through usability and performance testing - running focus groups when it makes sense - and stay close to the market: competitors, trends, and customer needs

What You Bring

• 3+ years working as a Product Owner alongside software development teams

• The versatility to work with a mature team just as easily as a brand-new one

• Proven ability to work remotely and effectively

• A track record of shaping product direction and shipping strong results with your team

• Composure under pressure - you move fast without losing sight of the details

• Strong communication skills and the interpersonal instincts to work well across functions

• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken

• Bonus: familiarity with Strapi

Extra Points If You Have

• Background in game development or the online gaming industry

• Exposure to marketing and promotions for online products

• Awareness of regulatory requirements in the gambling space
