WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own and prioritise the backlog for one or more device product lines, balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term strategy
Translate customer and business needs into clear epics, stories and acceptance criteria
Drive agile delivery - planning, refinement, demos - with engineering and design
Manage the product lifecycle end to end: concept → launch → in‑life
Partner across firmware, hardware, supply chain, and commercial to remove blockers
Co‑create quarterly goals and use data to inform what we build next
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with solid hands-on experience in Agile tools and methodologies
Genuine familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and a track record of thriving in iterative, fast-paced delivery environments
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, delivering outcomes that align with both customer needs and business goals
Experience managing multiple products or features simultaneously, with the confidence to make tough prioritisation calls
Strong stakeholder management skills — you're equally comfortable presenting to senior leadership as you are workshopping with an engineering squad
Commercial acumen, including an understanding of pricing strategies, revenue growth, and customer acquisition
An analytical mindset — you use data and customer insight to drive decisions, not just gut feel
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, roadmaps, and priorities to both technical and non-technical audiences
A tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field is preferred — though equivalent experience and a strong track record will absolutely be considered
Experience scaling products in growth-oriented or global environments is a bonus
