Job Description

In a nutshell.

As our Product Owner, you own the "what" and "why" behind what our Product team builds. You translate user needs, business goals, and data into a clear roadmap, and you make the calls on what gets prioritized and what waits.

You're part of the Product team and bring your own expertise in product strategy and prioritization to the table. This role is for someone who isn't afraid to say no, can defend a decision with data, and knows how to keep engineers, designers, and stakeholders aligned on the same goal.

The role.

• Define and own the product roadmap for your domain, based on user needs, business goals, and data.

• Translate strategy into clear, well-defined requirements that engineers and designers can build from.

• Prioritize the backlog and make trade-off decisions on what gets built next.

• Execute our sprints by running sprint planning meetings, creating and updating tickets and making sure they are on track

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on the goal and the why behind it.

• Ship value fast by scoping tightly and orchestrating releases

• Use data and user feedback to validate decisions and measure impact after launch.

• Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across the company.

• Continuously refine your domain's strategy as the business and user needs evolve.

Requirements.

• HBO, university, or similar education, ideally in a relevant field.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.

• You can turn ambiguity into a clear plan, and a clear plan into shipped features.

• Strong communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You make decisions based on data, but aren't paralyzed without it.

• A keen eye for design and usability

• Commercial sense and basic understanding of P&L

• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) is a plus.

• Affinity with mobility, logistics, or consumer apps is a plus.
