The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the migration. This role will drive product strategy, backlog execution, and stakeholder alignment to deliver a seamless, compliant, and business-value-driven transformation across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Strategy
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the CRM migration program
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog
Align CRM capabilities with commercial excellence, omnichannel engagement, and customer experience goals
Migration & Transformation Delivery
Lead functional design and migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
Ensure data migration integrity, including HCP/HCO master data, interactions, and consent management
Support process harmonization and standardization across regions and brands
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, Compliance, and IT stakeholders
Act as the primary interface between business and delivery teams (Dev, QA, Data, Integration)
Drive decision-making forums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos
Agile Execution
Own Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality increments aligned with business priorities
Continuously optimize backlog based on business value and feedback loops
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure CRM solution adheres to pharma compliance requirements (e.g., promotional guidelines, consent, transparency reporting)
Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to embed auditability and regulatory controls
Integration & Ecosystem Enablement
Drive integration with key platforms such as:
Marketing automation (SFMC / Adobe)
Data platforms (MDM, CDP, Data Lake)
Patient Services / HUB systems
Support omnichannel engagement enablement and analytics integration
Requirements:
8–12+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Business Analysis / CRM transformation
Strong experience in Veeva CRM and Salesforce (preferably Life Sciences Cloud or Service Cloud)
Proven track record in CRM migration or large-scale digital transformation in pharmaceuticals or life sciences
Deep understanding of:
HCP engagement models
Field force operations
Pharma compliance & regulatory requirements
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
