GreenStone is seeking a Product Owner to maximize the value delivered by an Agile Team within the Agile Release Train (ART). This role owns and prioritizes the Team Backlog, translates Features into clear user stories, and ensures alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical execution. The Product Owner plays a key role in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and Inspect & Adapt activities while promoting built ‑in quality, transparency, and a Lean ‑Agile mindset. This position also safeguards the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead through influence as the team ‑level decision maker for backlog scope, sequencing, and acceptance
• Own and prioritize the Team Backlog in alignment with PI Objectives
• Write clear, actionable user stories with well ‑defined acceptance criteria
• Support iteration planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and demos
• Own functional acceptance and UAT sign ‑off
• Ensure delivered work meets quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and assess value
• Monitor team delivery performance and help address risks, dependencies, and defects
• Participate in PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies to support alignment and readiness
• Identify opportunities to improve flow, quality, and predictability
