About the role
As a Product Management professional, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap of products, systems, or services to address customer needs and support business growth. Acting at the intersection of customer expectations, technical feasibility, and business objectives, you will own the full product lifecycle—from concept to continuous improvement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring strong product–market fit, competitive differentiation, and long-term value delivery. In this role, you will also manage complex challenges with a high degree of autonomy, contribute as a subject-matter expert, and guide junior team members while influencing key decisions and processes.

Requirements
Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
Proficiency in English and German is required
Vergütungsspanne
Die jährliche Vergütung für diese Position liegt zwischen €69,500.00 - €139,500.00 jährlich. Faktoren wie Fähigkeiten, Ausbildung, Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen können die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne beeinflussen.
