ByggeProjekt is a growing construction software that helps project teams collaborate more efficiently during complex building projects. Our software supports communication, documentation, and coordination between all stakeholders involved in construction projects.
We are a small and ambitious team based in Copenhagen and part of the Pro4all group, an international construction software company with offices across Europe. Our mission is simple: make construction projects easier to manage and more transparent for everyone involved. To support the next phase of our product development, we are looking for a Product Owner who can translate customer needs into clear product improvements and help our development team deliver high-impact features.
The Role
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for connecting customers, design, and development. You ensure that product ideas are properly understood, validated, and translated into clear features that the development team can build. You will work closely with our Ukraine-based development team, our design lead, and internal stakeholders to keep the product roadmap moving and continuously
improve the platform. This role is hands-on and requires someone who enjoys talking to users, shaping product ideas and collaborating closely with engineers. Because of the close collaboration with the team, we expect this role to be primarily office-based in Copenhagen.
What You Will Do
· Talk regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and problems
· Translate customer insights into clear product features and requirements
· Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for the development team
· Work with design on mockups, flows, and simple user experiences
· Help define and maintain the product roadmap
· Prioritize features based on impact, value, and technical feasibility
· Act as the main product contact for the development team
· Clarify requirements and support sprint planning and reviews
· Test features before release and ensure they meet expectations
· Continuously improve the product based on feedback and usage data
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys working close to users and developers and who can turn ideas into clear product improvements. You likely have experience in a similar role such as Product Owner, Product Manager or Technical Product Specialist.
Key skills
· Strong ability to translate customer needs into product features
· Comfortable working with development teams
· Good at structuring ideas and setting priorities
· Ability to validate ideas before building them
· Strong communication skills
· Organized and pragmatic
Bonus points
· Experience from Construction projects and/or IKT platforms
· Experience working with SaaS products
· Experience with UX or product design tools (e.g. Figma)
· Experience working with remote development teams
· Interest in construction, project collaboration, or B2B software
· AI-tools/Vibe coding

Location
This role is based in Copenhagen. Because of the collaborative nature of the team, we expect regular presence in the office. If you enjoy talking to users, shaping product ideas, and working closely with engineers, we would love to hear from you.
