Project Role : Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires shaping and maintaining a clear and strategic product roadmap while managing the product backlog to align with client priorities. The day is filled with continuous engagement in feedback cycles, validating concepts and ideas to ensure the product evolves in response to real user needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to guide development efforts and ensure timely delivery of valuable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Continuously monitor product progress and adjust plans to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features and user stories.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks to maximize value delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Capability to analyze feedback and data to drive informed product decisions.
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles and iterative development processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
