We are looking for a Product Owner / Integrations Manager to support our integrated Fuel Cards ecosystem implementation onmultiple European markets. This role sits at the intersection of product management, platform governance, service operations, and business analysis, ensuring that platform capabilities are delivered reliably, securely, and in line with business strategy.
You will act as the end-to-end owner of the fuel cards ecosystem, with EazyFuel at its core, overseeing critical integrations with systems such as JD Edwards (JDE), Salesforce, CES, TRX, ICCand others. You will ensure seamless data flows, process integrity, and consistent service performance across all connected platforms.
This is a high-impact role where you will drive platform evolution, ensure operational excellence, and own critical integrations across systems. You’ll work at the intersection of product, operations, and technology, partnering closely with the EazyFuel IT Product Owner to build scalable, resilient Fuel Card IT Operations.
End-to-End Platform Ownership
Own the full ecosystem lifecycle with EazyFuel as the core platform
Ensure seamless integration and data consistency across connected systems (JDE, Salesforce, CES, TRX, ICC)
Oversee upstream and downstream dependencies, ensuring stability across the entire value chain
Identify and resolve cross-system bottlenecks, performance issues, and data inconsistencies
Drive a holistic, end-to-end service view rather than siloed system ownership
Product Ownership & Strategy
Define and own the product roadmap for EazyFuel integrations
Translate business and IT strategy into actionable backlog and priorities
Drive scalability, standardization, and platform evolution
Partner with the EazyFuel IT Product Owner to align product direction with operational excellence and long-term platform sustainability
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements across multiple stakeholders
Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
Model end-to-end business processes, data flows, and system interactions
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to refine requirements and drive alignment
Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery, testing, and business outcomes
Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and shared understanding
Delivery & Operations
Approve project deliveries into production and ensure smooth transition to operations
Collaborate closely with the EazyFuel IT Product Owner, delivery, test, and operations teams to build and continuously improve Fuel Card IT Operations
Ensure strong operational foundations including monitoring, support models, and incident management
Ensure incident root cause analysis considers full system landscape
Support incident resolution and continuous improvement across integrated services
Portfolio & Service Management
Oversee platform performance, capacity planning, and service availability across all integrated systems
Implement end-to-end monitoring and observability across the ecosystem
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence across internal teams and external suppliers
Actively manage vendor performance and integration quality
Maintain business continuity and user enablement (training, communication)
Governance, Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ITSM standards across the full ecosystem
Conduct audits on change and release processes
Drive best practices across governance, integrations, and platform management
Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Service Owner, or Business Analyst in complex IT environments
Strong experience managing end-to-end platforms with multiple system integrations
Solid knowledge of Change & Release Management (ITIL)
Experience with API-driven architectures and enterprise systems
Strong business analysis capability (requirements elicitation, process modelling, stakeholder facilitation)
Ability to think in end-to-end processes and data flows, not individual systems
Excellent stakeholder and supplier management
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
High ownership with a focus on quality, stability, and operational excellence
Analytical, KPI-driven mindset
Experience in fuel cards, payments, or fintech platforms
Exposure to ERP and CRM ecosystems (e.g. JDE, Salesforce)
Experience in large transformation programmes
