The Product Owner will drive product value and delivery success by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, defining clear requirements, and ensuring delivered features meet business needs. This role plays a critical part in aligning development efforts with strategic objectives and maximizing value for customers and the organization.

In this role, you will be expected to drive clarity and alignment across teams by ensuring well-defined requirements and effective backlog management. You may also contribute to refining product strategy and improving delivery processes to maximize business value.

As a Product Owner at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

• Own and maintain a well-defined, prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals and user needs
• Define clear, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
• Prioritize backlog items based on value, impact, and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding of product vision and scope
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions to support efficient delivery
• Review and accept completed features, ensuring they meet defined requirements and quality standards
• Act as the key decision-maker for product-related queries, providing timely clarifications to the team
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between product roadmap, delivery timelines, and organizational priorities
• Identify risks and dependencies, proactively addressing them to maintain smooth delivery

Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with hands-on backlog management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative development environments
• Proven ability to define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering customer and business value"

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
• Background in UX/UI or experience working closely with design teams on user-centered products
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and metrics-driven product decision-making
• Basic technical understanding of software development and system architecture
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments or leading cross-functional initiatives"
