The role:

We're hiring a hands-on Product Owner to turn product direction into shipped product. You'll work alongside Product Managers and Analysts who own market and client input. Your job is to take that input and convert it into MVP scope, epics, stories, and delivery plans that engineering can execute with clarity.

This is a delivery role for someone who enjoys the craft of breaking down ambiguity, writing requirements developers actually want to read, and staying close enough to the build to make sure intent becomes outcome.

The environment is fast and collaborative. You'll work in agile squads while coordinating across multiple teams on program-level execution.

So prioritization, follow-through, and stakeholder alignment matter as much as the spec itself.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap direction into MVP scope, phased delivery plans, and clear, buildable work items.
• Write high-quality epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with strong attention to detail.
• Partner daily with developers, architects, and designers answering questions fast and removing ambiguity before it becomes rework.
• Own backlog quality and prioritization for your area, making sure teams are always working on what matters most.
• Drive execution: track progress, push for demos, validate outcomes, and close the gap between intent and delivery.
• Communicate fluently across levels from technical detail with engineers to concise decisions with senior management.
• Use modern AI tools hands-on to accelerate spec writing, prototyping, analysis, and developer collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management or product ownership experience with a clear track record of execution.
• Hands-on experience writing detailed product requirements and working directly with development teams through delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to break complex initiatives into MVPs, epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong delivery mindset: confident pushing for clarity, demanding demos, and insisting on tangible progress.
• Comfort operating as a program manager when needed, coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, switching comfortably between technical depth and management-level conversation.
• Analytical thinking and a high bar for accuracy.
• Hands-on, practical experience with GenAI tools in real product work spec writing, prototyping, analysis, developer collaboration. Not buzzwords; daily usage.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial domains.
• Technical understanding of APIs, JSON, cloud architecture, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Postman, Figma, and code-oriented AI tools.
• Experience with enterprise clients or complex internal delivery organizations.

Working model

• Hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office.
• Primarily internal-facing, working closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams.
