- Possess and able to manage end-to-end ownership of one or more digital products.
- Capable of developing and maintaining the product vision, roadmap, and product goals.
- Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Able to make decisions during sprint planning and delivery processes.
- Ensure that sprints are executed in alignment with the products direction and objectives.
- Perform backlog grooming and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
- Able to maintain the quality of the teams output and foster good collaboration.
- Proficient in creating and prioritizing Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Possess strong communication skills and a fast learner
- Product Owner with strong technical understanding, not someone who leans more toward a Business Analyst role
