Responsibilities
:

1- Project Clarification, requirement gathering, and availability

• 
  Requirement gathering and collaboration with the client
• 
  Documenting gathered requirements into a backlog as well-defined user stories
• 
  Extracting granular, track-able requirement pieces that can be closed within an iteration
• 
  Supervising defect reporting and fixing
• 
  Updating requirement completion progress in the tracking system
• 
  In collaboration with stakeholders defining product goals, product roadmap, and release plans
• 
  Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including cloud, database, analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

2- Product backlog management

• 
  Managing and taking complete ownership of product backlog and helping with a sprint backlog
• 
  Providing a healthy feature/project delivery forecast by involving the team to get an estimation of the backlog
• 
  Ensuring a well-groomed product backlog for at least two months in advance
• 
  Entering requirements into a tracking system (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
• 
  Supervising support ticket reporting and handling
• 
  Ensuring client responsiveness within 24 hours
• 
  Ensuring good customer representation in the Scrum team
• 
  Ensuring quality of ‘Definition of Done’ according to the client's requirements and organizational standards
• 
  Excellent grasp of Agile and Scrum principles and practices

3- Project/Task reviews

• 
  Ensure an eye for detail (Grammatical, presentation issues, etc.) in the task and project reviews
• 
  Participation in sprint review meetings and sprint planning. Ensuring minutes of meetings are sent to all the stakeholders and concerned employees
• 
  Complete requirements: Reviewing and ensuring that client expectations are met by doing internal UATs of the stories

Requirements
:

• 
  Advanced knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
• 
  3-5 years of relevant experience.
