Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 4-7 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
  • Logical reasoning and problem solving
  • Customer focused approach to work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentations skills / Power Point presentations
  • Project Management skills

Responsibilities:

  • The Product Owner will elicit, facilitate, synthesise, and present technical solutions
  • The candidate will use business requirements to drive the design or review of products, test cases, business process design and define a projects vision, scope, acceptance, and implementation
  • The ideal candidate can work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into usable information, which will help to improve systems and processes
  • Consult various customers (internal and external) to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products and/or services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Challenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement
  • With little supervision, elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate and communicate business requirements (Agile and Waterfall Formats)
  • Determine the feasibility of a proposed project.
  • Understand the commercial importance of changes or new features
