We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Platforms team and own the product backlog for systems that ingest, normalize, enrich, and process content. You’ll collaborate across engineering, architecture, content operations, data governance, and product stakeholders to deliver capabilities that enable downstream products.
You will operate within SAFe, working primarily with an Agile team (or teams) within an Agile Release Train (ART), translating platform strategy into clear outcomes, stories, and increments.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog aligned to ART objectives.
• Author epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Maintain a transparent roadmap and release plans
• Participate in PI Planning, define team objectives, and sequence features for maximum value delivery.
• Lead backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily scrums, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, System Architect, Engineering teams, and RTE to ensure alignment and architectural runway.
• 2-5 years in Product Ownership/Management for data platforms, content systems, or integration-heavy products.
• Hands-on experience working in SAFe or large-scale agile environments;
• Background in content ingestion/processing (e.g., feeds, files, APIs), Stream processing, ETL/ELT, and workflow orchestration would be a plus
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, metadata/cataloging, and content normalization
• Ability to define NFRs (performance, reliability, security) and collaborate on SLOs design
• Excellent communication skills; proven stakeholder management, professional English is a must, German an advantage.
