We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (PO) who will support the software solutions used in conjunction with the locks. As a self-motivated Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding current ASSA ABLOY software solutions, third party enterprise access control (EAC), and the evolving business requirements with Product Managers and OEM’s. As part of the SAFe agile framework, you will need to consolidate and rationalize the requirements from respective business owners. During PI planning events the Product Owner will advocate for the vision presented by the business owners and assist in team’s planning exercise.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and re-imagine current software solutions and develop a full product platform that supports the locks being sold to the customers. This position will need to understand and provide working examples of competitor products along with new innovative technologies (like Matter, Thread and AI) allowing them to connect to third party systems like EAC systems.
This position will be full-time onsite in Berlin, CT. Some domestic and international travel will be required.
