Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision, business goals, and delivery readiness.
  • Lead agile execution by working closely with delivery teams on sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and progress across teams, platforms, vendors, and external partners.
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, communicating decisions, trade‑offs, and timelines clearly.
  • Support product discovery activities, including problem framing, opportunity definition, and solution shaping alongside UX, research, and engineering.
  • Validate product assumptions using data, insights, and user feedback.
  • Mentor junior Product Owners, lead workshops, and contribute to proposals and client engagements.

Job Requirements:

  • 9+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role.
  • Strong experience with backlog management and agile delivery practices.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, and familiarity with Figma for collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and manage complex dependencies.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring team members is a plus
