The pay range is $88,000.00 - $158,000.00

Asa Product Ops Managerwithin GSCL’sDelivery Management Product Operations Organization,youwill collaborate across our product and operations teams todeliverhigh integrity commitments and improve our core competencies around strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication.Youwillleverageyour prior experience to engageproduct partnersin thecreation and implementation of team routines that reflect product thinkingand connection toOKRs You willintegrateintention mapsfrom multiple teams torepresentcross functional bodies of work, fuelingcollaboration across product. You willbringvisibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and providevisibility toprogressofour Product KPIsYou willalsoserve as a trusted advisor to productteams by bringing data and insightsinto conversationsand meetings.You are accountable to drivingawareness and strategic alignment among GSCL product and enterprise stakeholders to efficiently and effectively deliver new product capabilities needed to support Enterprise and GSCL strategic priorities.

Your core responsibilities include: 

  • Manage and/or supporthigh integrity commitmentadvancementby aligning product, process, and operationspartners toobjectives

  • Co-create and implement routines to advance transparency toplanned work,identifysynchronization gaps, track progress against plans, and navigate risks.

  • Provide support, develop playbooks, and create organizational efficiencies by centralizing consistent toolsand processes

  • Execute on the communication framework for our product portfolio to provide visibility to the progress and KPIs associated to the technical investment(may includepreparing and communicating updatesandanalyzing and preparing data to inform the strategy)

  • Advocate for and support best practices in tools, processes,documentationand communication across product teams and with stakeholdersand leaders.

  • Support integration of intention maps to understand interdependencies among teams.

About you: 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of product management,project management,product opsexperience

  • Foundational supply chain/operations knowledge preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams - understands product principles and technology interactions

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

  • Project or program management experience - Ability tosuccessfullymanageone ormultipleinitiativesutilizinga wide variety of project management tools and resources (SmartSheet, Confluence and Jira experience)

  • Ability to self-organize, meet deadlines andlead through ambiguity

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminologyacross Operations,Process,Product,and Technology 

  • Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible,facilitateconversations, and navigate competing interests

  • Critical thinker and proven problem solver, including in scenarios wheredatais not readily available

  • Curiositywith a passion for learning and contributing to a growth culture

  • Comfortablewith ambiguity and change-Operatingat the heart of Target’s Supply Chain growth and transformation

  • Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
