As a Product Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone ensuring our AI-powered platform delivers maximum value to customers. You'll execute critical product configurations, optimizations, and customizations across our growing customer base, directly impacting how fast-growing companies like Ramp, Verkada, and Justworks achieve revenue success.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for someone with a technical background who wants to work closely with customers and be at the forefront of AI-driven GTM transformation. You'll collaborate hand-in-hand with our Agent Product Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) while building expertise that positions you for growth within Actively.
The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $110,000 - $140,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans.
