Team Overview

The growing Monevo UK team supports the successful onboarding and implementation of clients across the UK market, helping new partners launch efficiently and with a consistently high-quality experience. The team coordinates activity across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams to remove implementation barriers, improve onboarding processes, and support Monevo’s continued growth.

This role reports into the Managing Director - Consumer Interactive. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for all Monevo UK clients, supporting timely partner launches, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary delivery lead between clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating activity across Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams.
  • Develop and maintain clear implementation plans, delivery milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and success measures for each client onboarding.
  • Build credible relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating implementation progress, decisions, risks, issues, and required actions clearly.
  • Identify and remove implementation barriers, proactively resolving or escalating issues to protect launch dates and maintain a high-quality client experience.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent onboarding and implementation activities, balancing priorities and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor onboarding performance and produce accurate management information, operational reports, and performance metrics to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce implementation delays, strengthen delivery consistency, and improve the scalability of Monevo’s onboarding model.
  • Provide direct line management, support, and direction to one Product Operations Analyst, promoting effective delivery and clear accountability.
  • Partner with the wider Monevo UK team to strengthen operational capability and support the business as its client portfolio and implementation requirements grow.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Proven experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery, or operational processes within a technology, fintech, or financial-services environment, enabling effective ownership of complex partner launches.
  • Experience coordinating complex activities across cross-functional teams, with the ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning capability, including the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying implementation barriers, evaluating options, resolving issues, and improving operational processes.
  • Experience producing reports, management information, and operational performance metrics that provide stakeholders with clear visibility of implementation progress and delivery performance.

Required Technical Skills

  • Ability to create and maintain structured client-onboarding plans, implementation schedules, delivery milestones, dependency records, issue logs, operational reports, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret delivery data and management information to identify risks, monitor implementation progress, and support informed operational decision-making.
  • Strong presentation and written-communication capability, including the ability to communicate complex implementation information clearly to clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your career development and growth in:

  • Working within fintech, financial services, credit marketplaces, digital lending, credit bureau, or consumer-lending environments.
  • Understanding affiliate marketing, lead generation, customer eligibility, or credit-decisioning ecosystems.
  • Delivering Software as a Service (SaaS), Application Programming Interface (API), or other platform-based client implementations.
  • Applying Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models within cross-functional delivery environments.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that increase onboarding efficiency, delivery consistency, and operational scalability.
