We are looking for a strategic Product Operations Manager to bridge frontline market realities with product development across LatAm. If you excel at turning complex operational insights into high-impact product opportunities, thrive at the intersection of product and strategy, and are passionate about building scalable, locally relevant solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
InDrive Delivery is growing across Latin America. As we scale, our success depends on building products that are not only strong at a global level, but also grounded in the realities of local operations for couriers, SMB merchants, and customers.
As Product Operations Manager, you will act as the bridge between what is happening on the ground and what the product organization builds next. You will bring structure to frontline complexity, surface the most important market insights, help teams identify the highest-impact opportunities, and ensure product launches and improvements are relevant, scalable, and operationally sound.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, operations, and market strategy. You will have the chance to influence what gets built, how it gets launched, and how well it performs in one of our most important global market.
1. Surface and synthesize market insightYou will spend time close to the real operation every week: with couriers, SMB merchants, customer support, and local teams. This includes ride-alongs, merchant visits, frontline interviews, support shadowing, and structured review of recurring market feedback. Your job is to identify patterns, size problems, understand who is affected, connect issues to business and product metrics, and make the signal usable for decision-making.
2. Shape product strategy and improve backlog qualityYou will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to help shape the right priorities. This means translating feedback into crisp problem statements, bringing local evidence into discovery and prioritization, pressure-testing hypotheses before development starts, and highlighting the highest-leverage opportunities and pain points for LATAM.
3. Support local product setup and operational readinessYou will help ensure products are not only globally scalable, but also tuned to local realities. You will identify where product assumptions break in-market, support local configuration and setup where relevant, and help teams think through launch readiness, operational feasibility, and regional risks before rollout.
4. Own in-market testing, launches, and rolloutsYou will act as the in-market partner for pilots, experiments, and product launches across the Delivery portfolio in LATAM.
5. Drive cross-functional alignment
You will work across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Support, and local business teams. You will help align stakeholders on the problem, the opportunity, the trade-offs, and what success looks like.
