We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to own the complete post-sales lifecycle of GateGuard. You'll be the single point of accountability connecting our sales team, technical team, deployment team, and customers—ensuring seamless delivery, proactive support, and continuous product improvement.
What You'll Do
Post-Sales Ownership
•Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team on all matters post-closure: delivery scheduling, deployment coordination, installation support, and ongoing customer success
•Manage customer expectations and communication throughout the implementation journey
Technical & Product Liaison
•Document feature requests from the sales team and pass them to the leadership and product teams
•Coordinate with engineering on issue resolution and release timelines
Inventory Coordination
•Work with the finance team to ensure adequate inventory levels based on upcoming deployments and sales pipeline
•Flag potential stock-outs or lead time risks early
Issue Tracking & Escalation
•Monitor support tickets systematically to identify patterns, recurring issues, or emerging problems
•Escalate trends and issues to tech and product teams proactively
Cross-Functional Coordination
•Maintain clear, consolidated communication between sales, tech, deployment, and support teams
•Run regular sync-ups to ensure alignment and surface blockers early
What This Role Does NOT Own
•Physical installations (handled by deployment team)
•Procurement decisions, vendor negotiations, or purchase orders (handled by finance)
•Product roadmap decisions (handled by leadership and product management)
•Debugging or fixing technical issues (handled by engineering)
•Pre-sales support, demos, or pricing discussions (handled by pre-sales team)
•Resolving cross-team conflicts at leadership level (escalates to leadership)
What We're Looking For
Must Have
•3-5 years of experience in project management, product operations, or technical account management—preferably in hardware/software products or industrial tech
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
•Comfort with technical concepts (you don't need to code, but you should be able to understand system issues and translate between customers and engineers)
•Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
•Experience with CRM and ticketing tools
Good to Have
•Background in access control, security systems, industrial automation, or IoT products
•Experience working with manufacturing or automotive clients
What Success Looks Like
•Sales team has a reliable partner they trust to handle everything post-signature
•Tech and deployment teams receive clear, prioritised, and actionable inputs
•Issues are caught early through systematic tracking, not firefighting
•Customers experience smooth deployments and responsive support

Our story began in 2018 when some of us were still in college. While solving some of the world’s most complex design problems during undergrad like self-driving cars and representing India at Hockenheimring, we realized the potential of AI. We went on to quit our jobs at some of the best AI labs in the world like Microsoft Research & Dev, Georgia Tech, and more to do the most meaningful work of our lives. Today, our algorithms run on thousands of cameras across the world empowering organizations to do more harnessing the true capacity of Artificial Intelligence.
Our mission is to push the frontiers of what’s possible using Artificial Intelligence using exceptional techniques in GPU programming, Deep Learning, and Mathematics. The name "adagrad" comes from a mathematical optimizer that fundamentally changed the paradigm of Deep Learning introducing adaptive gradients, similar to how we envision changing how industries function through the use of AI.
