About the team
The team is responsible for translating business demands into system and workflow solutions executed by operations teams, while constantly enhancing the tools, processes and metrics for sustainable operational excellence. We do this through business product intake, execution of safety strategies requiring operation work, designing and implementing systems, process and tooling solutions, and conducting comprehensive operations analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the General Product Operations Team, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor, develop, and coach team members to enhance their skills and achieve their career goals. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture within the team.
- Support the launch and ramp-up of new features, ensuring operational readiness and safety measures are in place.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of new product features.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on operational performance, process improvements, and resource needs.
