Responsibilities
- Location Permission Growth & Creative Strategy: Based on user behavior insights, content understanding and data analysis, design user-centric mechanisms, interactions and growth levers to improve location permission opt-in rate and LBS signal coverage. Continuously iterate on in-app narratives, incentives and contextual triggers to drive legitimate user consent.
- Local Services Campaign & Activity Operations: Lead end-to-end campaign operations for Local Services / LBS growth, including planning, execution, real-time adjustment, and performance review. Deliver core business metrics such as location permission rate, user positioning accuracy, funnel conversion and user experience.
- Data-Driven Optimization & Experimentation: Establish and maintain campaign monitoring systems and KPI dashboards. Conduct in-depth data analysis, A/B testing and post-campaign retrospection to identify growth opportunities, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies, mechanisms and user experience.
- Business Problem-Solving & Scaleable Solutions: Translate business goals and privacy compliance requirements into clear, user-friendly and scaleable product or campaign solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources, resolve risks and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
