Responsibilities:

- Build and run end-to-end growth programs across the user lifecycle; relentlessly optimize conversion rates and ROI.

- Create a best-in-class analytics framework (A/B tests, funnel analysis, etc.) to pinpoint bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and iterate fast.

- Partner with Product, Industry, and Marketing teams to launch high-impact campaigns that marry product capabilities with user needs and deliver scalable growth.

- Align and coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure flawless rollout and continuous measurement of every initiative.
