Join our TikTok-PGC team and play a vital role in empowering Film/TV entertainment partners around the world! As a Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of Film/TV Entertainment partners (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you’re passionate for Film/TV industry content, have a drive to build innovative products, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you.
- Responsible for the recruitment, partnership, empowerment, and daily operations of MCN agencies. Identify business growth opportunities to enhance MCN activity and vertical target output.
- Manage MCN operations to discover and incubate high-quality creators. Facilitate creator growth through incentive mechanisms, training, and business partnerships.
- Collaborate with regional operations teams to formulate regional MCN goals and strategies, enhancing MCNs' contribution to core business results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., ecosystem, revenue sharing, moderation) to establish efficient mechanisms for customer complaints and problem resolution.
