Team Introduction:
As part of the Monetization Product, the SMB Product Growth team is positioned to help Small to Medium Business customers grow with TikTok through personalized, actionable, and effective guidance.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and scale a global third-party partner program, focused on new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Identify new strategic partnership opportunities and develop comprehensive execution plans.
3. Manage a diverse partner portfolio, ranging from enterprise-level companies to individual content creators, by designing and implementing commission structures, acquisition strategies, and growth initiatives.
4. Develop a deep understanding of the nuances across different regions, countries, and partner segments.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Creator groups, to identify and onboard relevant publishers, brands, and partners.
