Project: Various projects across IT, Engineering, HR, Finance, and other business departments to support deployment, automation, system reliability, governance, and operational excellence across all platforms (Out systems, ServiceNow, SharePoint, RPA, Rossum, Mobile).

The Product Operations Engineer acts as a bridge between development teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient operation of applications in production environments. This role is responsible for deployments, incident management, system reliability, and compliance activities across multiple platforms, while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The focus is on enabling teams by taking ownership of operational responsibilities (deployments, incidents, audits, compliance), improving system resilience (including self-healing), and ensuring alignment between technical and business needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Own and manage deployments across all platforms

  • Act as central point for incident management, including coordination, communication with stakeholders, and root cause analysis & elimination (including Rossum)

  • Improve and automate audits and security processes (removing dependency on developers or solution architects)

  • Support SOX processes, including evidence gathering, documentation maintenance, and control execution across platforms (ServiceNow, Out systems, SharePoint)

  • Ensure data privacy compliance across all applications

  • Support implements quality gates within CI/CD pipelines

  • Perform system maintenance activities (patching, infrastructure upgrades, configuration management)

  • Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to ensure smooth transition from build to production

  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability, reliability, and scalability

  • Provide support and ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

  • Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures

  • Suggest and support improvements related to automation, infrastructure, tools, and methodologies

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Service Delivery, DevOps or similar roles

  • Product overview

  • Good knowledge of APIs, databases, and SQL to support system integration, data analysis, and operational troubleshooting

  • Experience with monitoring, incident management, and system operations

  • Experience with security best practices, audits, and compliance processes

  • Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Out systems, RPA, or Rossum is a plus

Follow Up and Communication:

  • Weekly and monthly status reporting to the Technical Lead

  • Regular follow-ups with stakeholders for issue resolution and continuous improvement

  • Clear communication and documentation in English

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure on-time delivery according to agreed timelines

Activities / Services status tracking

  • Weekly & Monthly reports will be sent to Technical Lead unless otherwise instructed

  • Tracking tasks, deployments, and incidents via Jira or similar tools

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Delivery, DevOps or similar roles

  • Good understanding of APIs, databases, and SQL

  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools

  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance (SOX is a plus)

  • Basic understanding of Agile (sprint planning, prioritization)

  • Good level of English (business communication level)

  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ownership.
