Job Description

The Product Marketing Senior Associate is responsible for developing, executing, and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns to support key Business Banking initiatives, with a specific focus on campaign management for new product launches.

Serving as the campaign manager, this role partners closely with strategy teams, cross-functional execution partners, and internal/external agencies to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end client experiences across email, ads, and landing pages. The role ensures campaigns are on-strategy, on time, and within budget. This role manages the campaign execution and controls process end-to-end, coordinating workflows, approvals, and reviews to ensure compliant delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead best-in-class campaign delivery for new product launches and other priority initiatives.
  • Manage multi-channel execution from concept development through delivery.
  • Develop strong collaboration with key strategy partners and internal/external execution teams.
  • Partner with analytics, product, brand, and Legal/Compliance teams to enable performance reporting and secure approvals for all marketing content.
  • Partner with product strategy leads to define campaign opportunities, strategy, and measurement/reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate targeting and audience strategy with audience partners.
  • Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong knowledge of direct marketing, with 5+ years of experience, including 2–4+ years executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven cross-functional partnership experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing (e.g., email, owned digital) from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, balance multiple campaigns at once, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong program/project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Experience operating in a rigorous controls environment, ensuring marketing activities meet legal, risk, and compliance standards.
