Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, communications, and sales enablement materials that support Aerostar's products and services. These positions work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Sales, Manufacturing, and customers to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling product messaging that supports product launches, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities progress from supporting product marketing initiatives to independently leading marketing strategies, product positioning, and complex communications for multiple product lines.
Essential Functions:
• Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, product briefs, technical sell sheets, and digital content.
• Assist with product launches by coordinating marketing materials, announcements, and customer communications.
• Support Product Management by maintaining product information, messaging, and marketing documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to develop accurate technical product content.
• Support trade shows, conferences, customer demonstrations, and business development activities.
• Maintain product content for websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Assist with competitive research and market analysis.
• Ensure branding and marketing materials comply with company standards.
• Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and digital assets.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field or experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, communications, business development, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technical or industrial products preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of marketing principles and product marketing practices.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with graphic design, presentation, and content development tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
