Amazon is seeking an experienced, data-driven Product Marketing Specialist to help define and manage the onsite marketing strategy for Amazon.com.be within the EU Emerging Stores organization. The role will encompass 1) homepage governance and partner team coordination, 2) merchandising optimization for various customer segments, 3) language quality assurance and 4) merchandising support for store priorities and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering the highest-quality customer experience to our customers in Belgium. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Key job responsibilities
• Development and implementation of store merchandising strategy in partnership with key stakeholders
• Management of homepage content to ensure an optimal and inspiring shopping experience for customers in balance with partner team priorities
• Planning and implementing experiments with target customer segments to optimize on engagement goals
• Design, lead and implement projects that support store merchandising priorities often in partnership with other teams
• Analyze performance metrics and drive business decisions about future direction based on performance

Basic Qualifications


- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
